New Implio Feature: Provide End-User Feedback

    We’re happy to announce the latest feature of Implio: Ability to quickly and easily provide end-user feedback from the manual review panel.

    What’s New?

    You are now able to provide additional feedback to your users on rejected and approved content, by choosing from a list directly in the manual review panel. The improvement suggestion will be sent back to your system, ready to be forwarded to the end-user.

    How Will This Help You?

    This new feature enables you to:

    • Inform users about improvements made to their content and explain why the changes were made
    • Give users concrete and customized tips on how to make their content more attractive
    • Educate users about moderation rules that can be hard to grasp in a concrete way
    • Avoid end-user mistakes from being repeated over again
    • Gradually improve the quality of your site by making the users more educated.
