A piece of content that enters Implio is called an item, and items are sent to the tool in batches via the API. Each item gets assigned an individual task ID, which will follow it through the entire process, all the way back to you.
When an item has gone through the automation part of Implio it will return with one of the following decisions: Approved, Refused or Requires Manual Moderation.
What is not included in the price?
Any extra services required such as: Filter Management, Manual Moderation, Onsite IT support, Customised AI solution, Computer vision etc. will be charged separately. Please contact email@example.com for prices related to any of these.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrading can be done instantly. You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which package you would like to upgrade to. We will charge you the differential between the pricing plans for the remainder of your billing period.
For downgrading, any request will come into effect at the beginning of the following billing period. For ex: if the billing period was 1st of Jan 2016 to 31st Dec 2016 and you send a downgrade request either in July or December 2016, both will come into effect on the 1st of January 2017.
In case where the billing frequency is monthly, the downgrading request will come into effect from the 1st of the following month.
How many users can I have in a team?
As many as you want. We do not restrict the number of users that can use our tool, we only charge on the basis of the number of items that go through your account.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
There is no refund policy. Cancellation can be done by giving a 30 day notice.
What data is accessible by you and how is the privacy of that data covered?
Data is stored with a retention period of at least 3 months from insertion and will after that be deleted from Implio. Terminated accounts data is deleted upon request.
Privacy between API and your servers are encrypted over SSL to limit Man-In-The-Middle attacks. All user interfaces are also encrypted.
Your data is stored in a way that is only accessible from your account. Implio can upon support errands or when helping with professional services access your account. Please be aware that Implio support would never ask for your login credentials.
Be aware that one user login should be limited to one physical person to be able to limit access if an account would be compromised. Contact Implio support for help with adding multiple user accounts to your team.
How do I make payments?
You will be sent an invoice with payment instructions based on your billing frequency of monthly/yearly.
How long are your contracts?
All Implio plans are paid monthly or yearly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Yes, we offer 10% discount on up-front long-term commitments.
How do I sign up?
You can start with the free version. It is fully featured and lets you get a real feel of Implio. What’s more, you can even manage 1000 items without paying anything. Once you’re sure that this is the right product for you, simply send an email to email@example.com and we will find the right plan for you.
What is included in the price?
The number of items listed under each package is what is included in the price. For ex: The Start-up package includes 100.000 items going through Implio in a month. For this, you need to pay 399 Euros a month. Each additional item over 100.000 items will be billed at 0.004 Euro per item.
Besedo will provide technical support to your team for the integration of the API. The actual integration part needs to be done within you team. Ongoing support in the form of questions related to the tool or technical help is included in the price.
What happens if I use more items than my plan permits?
You pay according to the additional fee mentioned in that plan. Unless there is a request for upgrade / downgrade, we will not change the plan from our side.
What if I am not using all the items included in my plan?
Any unused items expire at the end of the current billing period.
Can I have multiple teams with my company account?
Yes you can. We do not restrict the number of teams that are connected to an account, we only charge on the basis of the number of items that go through your account.
