About this position
Are you an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud) looking for a new challenge and opportunity?

This position is based out of our office in Bogotá, Colombia; we are located in the Financial Center. You will be working in conjunction with the DevOps team based in France (Paris). You will work with a team of talented Developers who are passionate about their work and like to have fun in the process.
Your mission
Implio is our all-in-one SaaS moderation platform which combines state-of-the-art AI (deep learning, NLP, computer vision) with a powerful user interface for human moderation and statistics.
As a member of the Implio development team, you will help us grow our platform. You will work on a variety of day-to-day tasks:
- Design, optimize and maintain Implio’s infrastructure, ensuring high availability of our service in production
- Tackle problems with creative solutions following DevOps principles
- Work closely with Developers and Data Scientists, helping them find the best solution for their needs
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and implement advanced deployments strategies
- Manage existing or new hardware stacks for our development team
You will be working in close collaboration with stakeholders: Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Data Scientists and Product Owner, to come up with the very best solutions.
You will join the DevOps team, as a Senior SRE Engineer, reporting to the Lead DevOps.

Preferred experience
- You have at least one significant experience in a similar position (e.g. Consulting Engineer, DevOps, SRE).
- You are proficient in several of the following technologies (or equivalent): Go, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, IaaS, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ, OpenSearch
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services resources and Kubernetes cluster management.
- You demonstrate great rigor in your work, with particular attention to detail and the quality of deliverables.
- You have experience with on-call duty.
- You have excellent investigative and analytical skills, with a sharp analytical mind, which you are able to mobilize quickly in order to limit the impact of potential incidents on our customers.
- As a senior, you are able to take initiatives, anticipate the needs of the platform and propose long-term strategic improvements.
- You are methodical and comfortable with data analysis, able to synthesize information from incidents to optimize the performance and resilience of systems.
- Fluent in English
