About the role:

As a social media moderator, your task will be to ensure the success of our clients by properly managing their social networks. You will attend to the requests made by the user through the web portal. You will learn to supervise, filter, and control all content posted by users on social networks, with the aim of making the social network more reliable for both users and the client, thus avoiding content that may be offensive or inappropriate. 

Your role and responsibilities:

  1. Review and moderate the social networks of the account, this may include images, text, or video.
  2. Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain an expert knowledge of social media rules.
  3. Collaborate with your team members.
  4. Provide feedback to administrators on common end-user trends and mistakes - you are our eyes and ears and know your users best.
  5. Provide feedback on improvements in social network moderation.
