About the role:

As a customer support agent, your task is to make sure our clients succeed by maintaining the quality of their content and answer the tickets on time to provide the client a good experience on the platform. You will learn how to detect offensive/inappropiate vocabulary and conducts, and apply your knowledge to bring the best support to our clients.

 

Your role and responsibilities:

  1. Review and answer tickets.
  2. Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, trends and best moderation practices.
  3. Collaborate with your team members.
  4. Provide feedback to managers on trends, and common end-user errors - you are our eyes and ears and know users best!
  5. Provide feedback on improvements to the posting rules to enhance user experience.
